What you can count on in the meantime
Nothing disappears by surprise
Scanning only reads. Deleting is a separate step: you see every item with its size and risk, untick what you keep, and confirm. Removals go to the Recycle Bin or Trash unless you deliberately choose otherwise.
Your files stay yours
The app is offline. No account, no telemetry, no analytics. File names, folder structures and scan results never leave your computer - the only request it ever makes is checking a Premium licence.
Free stays free
The free plan does not expire, nag or count down. Premium is one payment for good - no subscription, no renewal, and a refund within 7 days if it is not for you.
Answers, not tickets
Write to us and a person reads it. Problems get fixed and listed in the changelog; anything we cannot fix, we say so plainly.
Leaving is easy
Uninstall removes the app and its settings. No background service left running, no startup entries you did not ask for, nothing phoning home afterwards.
This page will stay honest
Customer reviews here will be real people's words, published with permission, criticism included. If we would not want it read out to us, we will not write it about ourselves.

How this page works
- Nothing here is written by us. Every quote is a customer's own words, trimmed at most for length, never reworded.
- Published only with permission. We ask before quoting anyone, and you choose how your name appears - full name, first name and initial, or anonymous.
- “Verified” means we matched the feedback to a licence purchase. Feedback from free-plan users is published too, without the badge.
- Criticism stays up. If somebody tells us what is wrong, we fix it and leave the review where it is.
- Want yours removed? Email us and it is gone the same day.
