Before you pay
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. There is no trial clock and no expiry. The free plan stays free and fully functional for as long as you use it. Premium features are simply locked until you activate a licence.
Is “lifetime” really a single payment?
Yes. One payment of $10 and the licence is yours. There is no monthly fee, no annual renewal, nothing that expires, and nothing that will quietly charge your card again later.
How do I pay, and what happens afterwards?
In India, pay in rupees through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets). Everywhere else, pay in US dollars through PayPal. You enter your payment details on their secure page, not ours. Once the payment is confirmed you receive a licence key by email. Open DriveXos, go to Premium, paste the key and click Activate.
Do I keep getting updates?
Yes — every future update and every new feature is included in the lifetime licence. You will never be asked to pay again to stay current.
What if I am offline?
Everything keeps working. Licence validation is deliberately lenient about network outages — only an explicit “invalid” response (a revoked or refunded licence) returns the app to the free plan.
Can I move my licence to a new computer?
Yes. Open the Premium page on the old machine and click Deactivate to release the seat, then activate on the new one. If the old machine is gone, tell us and we will release it for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 7 days. We refund what you paid less the taxes already remitted and the payment gateway's fee. See the refund policy.
Is there a team or volume licence?
Not as a standard product yet. If you need several seats for a team, get in touch and we will sort something out.
